Pregnancy is a time of growth and development. Major changes occur in your body, your identity and your relationships. My hope is this class will help you move through these changes with greater confidence and deeper sense of self. Listen to your body! Honor your experience. If any of the poses feel uncomfortable or awkward let me know and we will come up with a variation. The goal of this class is to get in touch with your breath, your body and your baby. Work at your own pace and level. No two bodies are alike.
Leave your inner critic at the door and enjoy the great feeling of yoga at your own edge. Congratulate yourself for taking time for this class. Progress comes with practice. Taking care of yourself is one of the best gifts you can give your baby and loved ones.

"Yoga during pregnancy draws focus into you and your baby, away from the rest of everyday life. You not only become emotionally grounded and spiritually connected, but you develope a conscious physical awareness...enlightenment."

"So come and enjoy prenatal yoga for what it truly is... pure bliss." 2008
